Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some products have different policies (see section below).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Clothing (unless defective)
- Drinkware (for health protection)
- Fishing Hooks (safety precaution)
- Any items that show signs of use or lack original packaging
How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship
Once approved:
- Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
