At 13 Fishing Store, we’re committed to getting your premium fishing gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, whether you’re stocking up for tournament season or upgrading your everyday tackle.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, with the exception of certain remote areas in Asia and other select regions. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tournament-grade fishing equipment with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some products have specific restrictions (see below).

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate Your Return
   Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

   Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

   Body:

   I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order #[Your Order Number].
   Item(s) to return: [Product Name(s)]
   Reason for return: [Please specify]
   Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify product if exchanging)]

2. Wait for Approval
   Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
   • Return authorization (if approved)
   • Return shipping instructions
   • Return address
3. Package and Ship
   Once approved:
   • Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories
   • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
   • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

   Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
• Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method
• Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• Follow the same return process above
• Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
• We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
• You’ll be responsible for any price difference

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Include photos of the damage/defect
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
